Radiant Lotus Women’s Qi-Gong:
Taught by Gabrielle de Burke
Hosted by Gabrielle de Burke and Ruth Amanda at Space 2033
4 sessions on Wednesday evenings from July-September:
7/29 (Intro Class), 8/5, 8/19, 9/2.
Each class in the series relates and weaves into the next.
The classes will be held 5-6:30pm, and Gabrielle and Ruth will be there early (4:45) with some healthy refreshments, perhaps some teas.
Radiant Lotus Women’s Qi-gong (RLWQ) is a self-healing internal art program specifically designed to empower women to practice self-health care, in which areas of the body specific to women’s health are focused on. The program consists of a series of movement techniques and breath exercises that have the capacity to help practitioners realize their own individual healing potential and reach optimal levels of health. Please visit event page for a full description.
The Intro Class on 7/29 is sliding scale $5-$10. Investment for the remaining 3-part bi-weekly series is $40, to be paid by the end of the intro class on 7/29. There is a chance we may be able to offer a 4th class in the series, and we will confirm before the intro class. This would bring the full series post-intro class to $50.
