This Saturday… “Ah ha Moments & Inverted alignments!”
This workshop presents the importance of alignment in preparations poses to stimulate the Ah-ha moments that lead the way toward emersion in inversions. Using modifications with the wall and props we will safely explore the inversions known as Supported Shoulder-stand, Plow, Supported Headstand, Forearm-stand Balance and Handstand. The workshop is appropriate for experienced beginners and intermediate practitioners seeking a care-full approach to inversions that both challenges and inspires.
